The data shows the following:

25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 8 or fewer inpatient cases in 1998.
50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 18 or fewer inpatient cases in 1998.
75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 38 or fewer inpatient cases in 1998.
The maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital in 1998 was 162.
